FREE SHIPPING
We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $40, excluding taxes, within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses). The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart when the $40 threshold is reached. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer standard and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited orders (2nd Day and Overnight Shipping) placed by 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on availability. Expedited orders requiring extra handling may be shipped the following day.
Shipping to PO Boxes will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently don’t offer international shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
We are closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday after 1pm PST, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During holiday periods, please allow additional processing and delivery time.
Please make sure to provide precise city, state and zip code information. Be sure to double check your information as many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in issues with your package getting to you.
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
Refund & EXCHANGES
Changes/Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email customer service at customerservice@azcartonline.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders.
Refund
We will issue refunds for defective products or damaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Due to the nature of some products, we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased. If you have received an item in damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You must provide photos of items damaged during shipping.
Refunds are issued for the original purchase price, less original shipping cost.
